Vendors acknowledge and agree that if they mistakenly apply and/or submit payment for a staffing position intended exclusively for staffing firms, members, or other restricted participant categories, TAS may deny the application and issue a refund less a $50 administrative processing fee. This fee is intended to cover administrative expenses, payment processing charges, and credit card transaction fees incurred by TAS.

2. Staffing Board Member - $4,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited *All applications submitted through this website are subject to review and approval by TAS. Submission of an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance, approval, participation, or placement. TAS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any application.

By completing payment, the applicant authorizes TAS to retain this non-refundable $50 fee in the event a refund is issued under these circumstances. TAS reserves the right to modify, interpret, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
